Acceptance

By using FCClub.gg (the site) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Creating an account, saving a build or following a club counts as acceptance.

The service

FCClub.gg is a free, fan-made website that displays statistics about clubs, players and matches in EA SPORTS FC Clubs, and offers tools such as a Virtual Pro builder, leaderboards and head-to-head comparisons. All game data is fetched from EA's public Clubs API and refreshed periodically, not in real time. Data may therefore be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and EA may change or stop its API at any time. We do our best to keep the site working but give no guarantee of availability, accuracy or continuity.

FCClub.gg is not affiliated with or endorsed by EA Sports. Electronic Arts Inc. does not endorse or sponsor this project. EA SPORTS FC, the EA logo and all related names and images are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. All other trademarks, club names and player names belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the data shown.

Accounts

Some features require signing in with a Google or Discord account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping access to it secure. We may suspend or delete accounts, builds or other content that violate these terms, abuse the service, or are inactive, and we may do so without notice where necessary to protect the site or other users. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your content

Builds you save on FCClub.gg are public: they appear in the builds gallery, can be opened by anyone with the link, and show your account display name as the author. Do not use names or content that are offensive, misleading, or infringe someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of the content you create. By saving it on the site you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, reproduce and share it as part of the service, for as long as it remains on the site. You can delete your builds at any time, which ends the licence for that content, except for copies already shared by other users.

Acceptable use

Please use the site as a normal visitor would. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site in a way that degrades its performance or bypasses rate limits. Occasional automated access for personal use is fine; if you need data in volume, ask us first.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its database.
• Use the site to harass or impersonate other players, or to post unlawful content.
• Circumvent the consent banner, advertising or any security measure.

Advertising and donations

The site is supported by advertisements served through Google AdSense and by voluntary donations through Buy Me a Coffee. Donations are gifts, not purchases: they do not buy features, priority or any obligation on our part, and are not refundable through us.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided as is and as available, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of data or uninterrupted operation. Statistics shown here should not be relied on for any decision with financial or legal consequences.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of or inability to use the site, from inaccurate data, or from the actions of third parties (including EA, Google, Discord or Cloudflare). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Termination

You can stop using the site at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, at any time, for example if you violate these terms or if the site can no longer be operated. Sections about your content, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any dispute will be brought before the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country of residence within the European Union.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, stop using the site and ask us to delete your account.
