How to reach us
The best channel for bug reports, feature requests and questions about your club's data is our Discord server: https://discord.com/invite/emthrm37fY. Other players and the developer are there, and most issues get a reply the same day.
For privacy requests, account deletion or anything you would rather not post publicly, write to [email protected] or send a direct message on Discord.
What to include in a report
- The URL of the page where the problem happened.
- Your platform (PlayStation, Xbox or PC) and the club name or club ID.
- What you expected to see and what you saw instead; a screenshot helps.
- If it is about a specific match or player, the date of the match or the player's gamertag.
Response time
FCClub.gg is run by one person in their spare time. We read everything, but we cannot guarantee a response time or that every request will be implemented.
EA support is separate
We are not Electronic Arts and have no access to your EA account or the game servers. We cannot fix in-game problems, restore lost progress, deal with bans or change anything about your club inside the game. For those, contact EA Help at https://help.ea.com.
