The Virtual Pro builder on FCClub.gg is a free planning tool for EA SPORTS FC 27 Clubs (formerly Pro Clubs). Pick a position and one of the 13 archetypes, set height and weight, spend Attribute Points at the real costs and see which PlayStyles and ratings become reachable before you spend a single point in-game. How progression works in FC 27, in short
In FC 27 every archetype is unlocked from the start and resetting one costs nothing, so a build is a setting you tune rather than a commitment you pay for. Individual attributes can be adjusted without resetting the whole build. The Archetypes guide covers this layer in detail.
Two new layers sit on top of the archetype. Masteries are permanent: level an archetype to its milestones and you unlock attribute boosts that carry across every build you use afterwards. Amps are equippable items that expire after a set number of matches, with three slots on your active archetype: two Standard and one Signature. According to EA's Launch Update of 16 September 2026, Amps do not provide PlayStyle+ at launch, and EA says Amps will refresh regularly. Saving and sharing a build
You can use the builder without an account. To save a build and find it again later, sign in with Google or Discord; saved builds are listed under your builds and can be edited at any time.
Sharing does not need an account. The Share button copies a link that encodes the whole build, so a teammate who opens it sees exactly your archetype, attributes and PlayStyles and can adjust their own copy without touching yours.
Which season the builder targets
The builder targets FC 27. The 13 archetypes are the same as in FC 26, as read from the shipped FC 27 game files, so builds saved during FC 26 still open. Values that EA has not yet published, such as the Amp and Mastery catalogues, are only shown once they can be measured.

FAQ
What are the most important attributes in Clubs?
It depends on the role. Strikers lean on Finishing, Composure and Acceleration; wingers on Acceleration, Agility and Dribbling; midfielders on Vision and Short and Long Passing; centre-backs on Strength, Heading Accuracy, Defensive Awareness and Jumping; goalkeepers on Reflexes, Diving and Handling. Every archetype also has discounted key attributes that cost fewer points to raise, so investing there first is the efficient move. The builder shows the cost of each step.
Do height and weight matter in Clubs?
Yes. Each archetype has its own height and weight range, for example 164-190 cm and 70-90 kg for the Finisher, 180-196 cm and 80-100 kg for the Boss, and 184-200 cm for the Shot Stopper. Pick an archetype in the builder, set height and weight within its range, and you will see how the resulting ratings and PlayStyles change before you commit in-game.
Is the builder free?
Yes. FCClub.gg is a free, fan-made tool with no paywall. You can plan a build and share it by link without signing up; an account, via Google or Discord, is only needed if you want to save builds and find them again later.
Do Amps give PlayStyle+ in FC 27?
Not at launch. EA's Launch Update of 16 September 2026 states that Amps will not provide PlayStyle+ at launch, and that Amps will refresh regularly, so this may change over the season. The Amps guide is updated as EA publishes more detail and as the in-game catalogue becomes measurable.
Can I still open my FC 26 builds?
Yes. The archetype list in FC 27 is identical to FC 26, so a build saved last season still loads in the builder. Treat it as a starting point rather than a finished FC 27 build, because Masteries and Amps now sit on top of the attributes you chose.
